Key Responsibilities Provide support to two directors working across property, commercial and succession law Handle a variety of tasks, including dictation, online searches, and general administrative duties Prepare and issue billing using LEAP software, manage trust accounts, and assist with the recovery of accounts Be involved in office management tasks and ensure smooth daily operations Ensure the team works efficiently and harmoniously, maintaining a positive office culture - there is no hierarchy here; it is a team environment Oversee invoicing, aged debtors, and work-in-progress reports Assist with succession-related matters, such as wills and estate administration Help with the safe custody of files, archiving, and maintaining office supplies Ideal Candidate We are looking for a commercially minded, pragmatic, and team-oriented individual who values continuous improvement.
