The Opportunity As a Project Support Officer, you will partner with a Section Lead to support the delivery of their client programs. You will enjoy a variety of interesting and fast paced work with primary responsibilities including:
Financial analysis the status and profitability of projects in progress
Supporting Project Managers with a variety of tasks
Preparation of invoices & claims and liaising with clients
Setup of projects and maintaining data in our companies ERP system
Involvement in the bid process through Preparation of tenders and quotes
Assisting PMs in Tender submission and tracking forward workloads Leads and proposal
Assisting PM’s with client management
Assisting PM’s in setting up internal projects and carrying out project requirements such as HSEQ requirements and document control
About You To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal with the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
Excellent team playing skills and pro-active attitude
Demonstrated experience in an Administration role
Strong skills in Microsoft Office package: Outlook, Excel and Word.
Competency in accounting software data entry: invoicing, job costing and procuring
Ability to manage large volumes of concurring documents and prioritise accordingly
Ability to maintain accurate record keeping and timely processing of records
Excellent team playing skills and pro-active attitude
