The Harvey Norman Bennetts Green Cashiers / Photo Lab Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Photo Lab Assistant to join them in delivering Great Service, Always to their customers.
As a Photo Lab Assistant, you have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
To be successful, you must:
1. Have a passion for retail
2. Be highly motivated and results driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills
3. Enjoy working in a team environment
What we require:
1. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
2. Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
3. Able to work with minimal supervision
4. Replenishing large volumes of stock
5. Efficient cash handling and POS experience is desirable
6. High interest in Visual Merchandising
7. Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
8. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a 'can do' attitude
9. Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays, and late night trades
