We have a fantastic opportunity for a candidate keen to progress their career within our dynamic and successful Professionals team at Marsh Pacific. This role will be based in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will have a good level of industry knowledge across general insurance, have experience in account management, initiative, organisational skills and be able to build relationships with clients, insurers, team members, and other relevant stakeholders.

Account Executive
We will count on you to:
1. Support the maintenance of effective working relationships with insurers and clients.
2. Provide assistance in all aspects of client service and assisting with the management of a small portfolio of accounts, ensuring high quality customer service.
3. Maintain the up-to-date management of databases, information systems and organisation company records.
4. Liaise with Operations Team to process invoicing and related policy documentation.
5. Prepare information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings.
What you need to have:
6. Relevant general insurance experience in broking, 2 plus years preferable.
7. Completed Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualification
8. Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
9. The ability to learn new skills and concepts.
