What's the role? - Lead all commercial video and still shoot productions for integrated campaigns across the Prestige brands both locally and internationally. - Work closely with editorial production teams and executive producers with talent and supplier bookings, props, locations, call sheets and preparations. - Ideate creative concepts and solutions to feed into briefs, approve talent and provide feedback in commercial productions for The Australian and Prestige brands including WISH, GQ, Vogue, Vogue Living - Manage talent outreach and engagement for commercial and editorial productions and events with commercial partners - Create bespoke production quotes for commercial partnerships, and act as a key approver for quotes & deliverables - Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders - Oversee financial management including budgeting, quoting, purchase orders, invoice submission, and tracking of all internal and external costs to ensure margin and budget is upheld. - Create and manage shoot concepts, mood boards, storyboarding, location, scripting and any other key elements required for the production. - Working across editorial and sponsored shoots, booking talent, photographers, locations, studios, and all components relating to local production. - Assisting international production for editorial cover shoots - Maintaining relationships with key suppliers i.e talent agents, photographers, stylists, freelancers and agencies - Ensuring production schedules work within editorial deadlines Who are you? - You are an outstanding communicator, self-motivated and have a passion for lifestyle, fashion, culture and video and photography - You will have experience working in a fast paced role and thrive in a deadline driven environment - You are a high level administrator and organised in your approach to work - Previous consumer magazine experience in fashion or experience in producing fashion campaign imagery is required - You have senior client-facing experience - You are the type of person who thrives off a dynamic role, where no two days are the same - You are a team player - Most importantly, you will prosper as part of a high-performing team of professionals who are committed to content excellence and exceptional client service.
