About You: We're looking for a proven leader with a track record of success in guiding engineering teams through significant growth phases.
Ideally, you will have: Experience: 10+ years of engineering leadership, including overseeing teams of 30+ members (Engineer, product, etc.
), and exposure to AI/ML product development.
Technical Excellence: Strong technical background in software engineering, with hands-on coding when needed.
Product Expertise: Familiarity with B2B applications, ideally with experience in consumer-facing products.
Leadership Style: A motivating approach that inspires teams to achieve and exceed goals.
Commitment to Diversity: Proven ability to hire and develop diverse, high-performing talent.
Adaptability: Experience in managing hybrid and remote teams.
