Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of corporate and personal insolvency matters, Supervise and mentor a team of insolvency accountants, providing guidance, support, and professional development, Oversee case progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm procedures, Collaborate closely with the Director on strategic decisions and case planning, Review and manage complex insolvency matters, ensuring high-quality outcomes, Provide litigation support, including preparing documentation and assisting with legal processes, Maintain effective communication with stakeholders including creditors, legal representatives, and clients, Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of internal practices. Key Skills: Hold a degree in Accounting, Commerce, Law, or a related discipline, Bring at least 4 years of experience handling a range of corporate and/or personal insolvency matters, Passionate about building a long-term career within the insolvency and restructuring field, Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities, Have solid knowledge of the Corporations Act and other relevant insolvency legislation. Nice to have: • CA/CPA qualification, • Completion of ARITA Advanced Insolvency or be working towards it, • Experience with MYOB Insolvency, APS Timesheets and Microsoft 365.
