Project Overview: Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. Woodside Energy is Australia's leading natural gas producer, and Bechtel is excited to be working with this key customer to help meet the increasing global demand for LNG as a transitional energy source. Job Summary: You will provide administrative oversite of the Medical Subcontractor across two (2) medical clinics to co-ordinate and implement the administration activities including but not limited to, audits, inspections, quality assurance, and other medical practice clerical tasks. Your work will promote health, safety, and wellness for on-site employees. Major Responsibilities: - Completing administrative duties to support the projects injury management program. - Assisting project personnel, external providers and workers supporting injury and claims management. - Prepare and issue communications and documentation including reports relating to injury and claims management. - Support the project Workplace Risk Coordinator with injury and claims management including engaging with workers and other internal and external stakeholders, participating in meetings, coordinating, and providing worker transport as required. - Establish and maintain files on project drives and within document management systems, (iManage). - Attend monthly Progress Meetings with subcontractor, upper management, and Contracts Administrator. - Other responsibilities as designated. Education and Experience Requirements: - A background in administration and high proficiency with MS office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel and others. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - A keen sense of organization skills to manage a busy workload and prioritise incoming work. - Communication skills to engage with stakeholders. - The ability to be flexible and responsive dependent on project and workflow needs. - Confidence to work in a close knit team environment whilst also able to work autonomously. - Communicates and collaborates effectively with physicians, other health professionals and health related agencies. - Works effectively with multidisciplinary team members. - Understanding of Subcontractor and contracts management. - Conducting clinical, audits and quality assessments. Additional Information: This position has responsibilities that include exposure to changing environmental, construction, and operational conditions, which may include: extensive walking in and around an active construction and/or operations site, climbing ladders, working at heights from work platforms including scaffolding, and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs), use of personal fall arrest equipment, walking and working on uneven surfaces, working in constricted and/or confined spaces, variable work shifts (e.g., day, night, weekends, 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift, etc.), and work in inclement weather. Some lifting may be required. Candidate must be able to use standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. respirator, harness, life vest, hearing protection, etc.). The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site. This position is available to both local and non-local personnel. For non-locals (FIFO/DIDO), the working roster is 3/1.
