About the Role They are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Administration Support Officer to join their team on a permanent basis in Abbotsford. As an Administration Support Officer, you will be required to provide a wide range of administrative, business, secretarial and project support to the Managing Director (MD) and team. Responsibilities Deliver professional high level customer service Act as the first point of contact on behalf of the MD Screen, triage and prioritise enquiries to facilitate the optimal use of MD's time Inbox management, generating correspondence Complete diary and travel management Schedule and coordinate meetings and events Coordination of meeting rooms including arranging equipment, catering and overall presentation Preparation of high-level documentation including meeting minutes, agenda’s, reports and presentation material Provide support on projects including the implementation of a new system Creation, implementation and ongoing maintenance of an office procedures manual, SOP's Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships facilitating partnerships, collaboration, participation, engagement and contribution of idea’s Order stationery and maintain office equipment Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality About You Demonstrated Administration, Secretarial OR Business Support experience Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written Proactive, energetic and professional Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines Takes initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency with MS Office suite Solid problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills Ability to commence ASAP How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
