The DCIM Specialist will perform the deployment and configuration of the EcoStruxure IT software suite. You will represent Schneider Electric and perform onsite and remote troubleshooting of EcoStruxure IT Software to our customers. We’re looking for someone with basic network protocols like SNMP, Modbus RTU & Modbus TCP, and eager to solve problems for our customers in a Data Centre environment. Held customer-facing positions in customer support Basic Network protocol knowledge Data centre IT components and interconnections (servers, Blades/Blade Chassis, network switches, RACK PDUs, etc.) Data centre networks and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, SNMP, Modbus) Structured cabling components and concepts (patch panels, fibre, copper) Data centre facilities components (UPS, PDUs, single and 3 Phase Power, CCU) VMware vSphere ESX/ESXi VM configuration PCNS configuration Ability to work flexible hours with travel up to 50% required Nice to Have, but Not Mandatory Certification in Schneider DCIM software's is a plus Certification in networks and routing concepts would be a plus, but not mandatory. VMware Certified Professional or equivalent would be a plus Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate – Certifications (or equivalent) will be an added advantage Nutanix Certified Professional or equivalent will be an added advantage All applicants must have working rights in Australia at the time of application and will be required to provide documented evidence if selected for interview.
