We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Designer to work in the Communications, Response and Governance team at Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ). You will play a pivotal role in designing, creating and managing digital content that engages and informs our audiences. You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement visually engaging communication strategies that align with FSANZ's goals and objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate and creative individual to make a significant impact on our digital presence.FSANZ's digital channels include our website, social media platforms, email newsletters and associated products. These channels are often the first point of contact for our target audiences and set the tone for who we are as an organisation, the products and services we offer and our ability to meet user needs. The Digital Content Designer will create engaging digital experiences for FSANZ through visual design and content which places users at the centre of our digital communication activities.The Digital Content Designer will have the opportunity to influence and guide senior managers on digital engagement strategies through user research, analytics and strategic reports. They will also contribute to the successful delivery of major projects using their high-level negotiation and cooperation skills.
