Assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders on development progress and future. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing or related field. Japanese proficienecy is required. Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Previous experience in FMCG/Property/Construction or commercial business analysis is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for open communication with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting and collaborating effectively with a small team. Analytical Thinking: Ability to conduct research, analyse and interpret market data. Adaptability: Openness to learning new things, flexibility in handling diverse tasks.
