To provide and undertake a diverse range of confidential administrative support services to ensure the Stream delivers on their delegated accountabilities.
About The Team
The Patient Flow and Access Services (Stream 3) supports services across the continuum of care from access and entry through to discharge. The unit is responsible for strategic leadership and operational activities, monitoring demand and capacity, escalating (as needed) patient access and flow issues across the hospital and into the wider community. The team coordinates the safe movement of patients between services and facilities as well as supporting hospital operations with innovative and contemporary practices.
