That’s truly rewarding work that will help us continue to deliver life-critical services where it matters.About the roleThe Senior Manager, Learning & Capability leads the strategic direction of learning and capability to enable the TAC business strategy and workforce transformation initiatives.The Senior Manager oversees teams accountable for enterprise capability strategies and the delivery, evaluation and measurement of training investments. This position plays a critical role in uplifting the TAC’s capability and performance through the design and delivery of contemporary learning programs and interventions that enhance the learning experience and culture across the organisation.About the TeamReporting to the Executive General Manager, People, Culture & Engagement, this role will lead the high performing Learning and Capability branch who are passionate professionals motivated by helping others learn and grow. They are committed and passionate about the work they do and the outcomes they lead for the TAC and employees.This role operates within a broader division of people that enable and support a high-performing culture through the functions of People Experience, Strategic Partnering & Advisory and Culture and Inclusion.What we’re looking forExtensive experience in leading a Learning and Development (L&D)/Capability team at an enterprise levelDemonstrated ability to lead and manage L&D/Capability teams within large, complex organisations including previous experience overseeing teams that design, implement, and evaluate learning programs across diverse business functions.Demonstrated in-depth understanding of strategy developmentProven ability to align learning strategies with broader organisational goals including identifying skills gaps, defining development priorities, and driving initiatives that enhance the overall organisational capabilities.Proven experience leveraging capability frameworks to build people capabilityExperience in using capability frameworks as a foundation for developing people strategies that enhance employee performance, growth, and development.
