The OpportunityReporting to the CEO, as our Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the finance team and overseeing the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, and contributing to strategic financial planning and decision-making.Core Responsibilities:Overseeing the finance department and managing financial operationsEnsuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining financial standardsManaging budgets, financial reporting, and forecastingDeveloping and strengthening internal financial controls and processesLeading, mentoring, and supporting the finance teamContributing to strategic financial planning and decision-making within the organisationAbout YouTo qualify for the role of Finance Manager at JCAC, you will need a degree in Accounting or Finance, coupled with CPA/CA/CFA qualifications.
