The Opportunity Have you enjoyed at least 8 years in HR, with experience in a Business Partner or equivalent role for no less than 2 years?Do you hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent?Is your experience in the fast-paced retail or hospitality industry something that can help set you up for success? In your role as Group Human Resources Business Partner, you will assume an important role within the HR team and will contribute to effectively and efficiently develop, execute, and evolve key functions within the HR department in line with the company's broader strategic direction.With a primary focus on recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction; your passion for and understanding of the early stages within the employee life cycle will not only set you apart but will also set you up for success in this newly created role.
