As a Manager within the AI Products & Partnerships Centre of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions at CBA. You will manage strategic AI partnerships and help embed relevant partner capabilities, including tools and skills, within the organization to drive AI adoption and meet the increasing AI needs of our stakeholders. Your contributions will directly influence CBA’s ability to deliver AI solutions across the organisation, empowering our people and customers. See yourself in our team As part of the AI Products & Partnerships Centre of Excellence team, you will manage important external strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with AI business leads and teams across the organisation to provide relevant support through our AI partners on their biggest priorities. Additionally, you will manage and optimize our strategic AI partnership products to enhance customer experiences, drive business value, and align with the company’s strategic objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technologies, innovative product development, and partnership management. Key Responsibilities Support vendor (strategic partner) assessments against business, technical, and commercial requirements. Negotiate and manage strategic partnership contracts, aligning with internal stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Supplier Strategy, business units, and SMEs) and strategic partners’ counterparts. Manage day-to-day partnerships, including prioritising work and resolving any risks, dependencies, or issues. Engage with key stakeholders (incl. AI leads) across various business units to understand their evolving needs, gather and prioritise product requirements, communicate progress on product solutions, and ensure alignment with business priorities. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive the adoption of AI products provided through our partners. Identify opportunities to provide relevant AI skilling across the Group and specific stakeholder groups along the AI lifecycle by leveraging our partnerships. You will work closely with HR, Communication, the Data Science and Analytics Practice, and our strategic partners to set up bootcamps, masterclasses, hackathons, and other internal events. Manage our internal communication/knowledge exchange platforms, focusing on the tools and capabilities provided through our partners (e.g., end-to-end user guidance). Contribute to defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products and partnerships, ensuring alignment with CBA Group’s strategic objectives. Support with external and internal AI events and communication, leveraging our strategic AI partnerships and promoting our AI capabilities externally. Support our team with quarterly planning and agile ways of working. Stay high-level updated on the latest developments in AI. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to continuously improve skills and knowledge relevant to the role. We're interested in hearing from people who have Bachelor’s degree in finance / business / economies / communication / data science or similar 5 years working experience in the field of AI, innovation, external relationship management or business strategy / delivery. Strong stakeholder relationship management skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders. Strong organisational, time and project management skills. Strategic mindset / problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges. Fundamental understanding of AI and passionate about it Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business language.
