ResponsibilitiesYou will be an experienced HR generalist with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. You will lead recruitment, selection and the onboarding process as well as provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution. Skills and Experience required: Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or ER/IR. Proven experience as an HR Generalist at a senior level (min 5 years). Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
