Who will you be working with?

As a Forensic Engineer you will be working independently and as part of a larger team, to provide causation reports and design recommendations to clients following insurance losses or claims. You’ll partner with key industry stakeholders to represent the business execute your role with a high attention to detail but in a personalised manner.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
* Conduct forensic site assessments on various building types
* Take accurate measurements and identify building defects or movement-related issues
* Prepare detailed forensic causation reports, make safe assessments, and scopes of work
* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external clients, sub-contractors, and consultants
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including adherence to the Privacy Act and Service Level Agreements
We are Looking for Someone With:
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural)
* Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) registration
* Able to work independently and autonomously whilst managing own output and performance
* Strong knowledge of the NCC and Australian Standards related to engineering
* Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Team-oriented mindset with the capability to work autonomously
