Do work that matters As a Director, you'll provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of high-value clients with complex banking needs. You'll use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move these businesses forward and grow our client base.
As an Associate Director, you will help support the Director's portfolio – with client interactions, business development, proactive risk management, and providing Associates with the necessary information to write good quality credit submissions.
As an Associate, you will support the Directors & Associate Directors, working side by side to undertake analysis and assess the risks or opportunities associated with new lending and increases in client credit and annual reviews. Working close to one portfolio, you will gain a greater understanding of your clients and have the ability to be frontline facing to support clients' ongoing needs.
As an Account Manager, you will focus on supporting the banking requirements of our new and existing clients, managing stakeholders and assisting in tasks required for deal execution and ongoing portfolio management support. You will gain great exposure to the credit and analytical elements of this team and the opportunity to work on highly complex transactions.
We're interested in hearing from people who have: The ability to build relationships to help grow our client base.
Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of high-value Corporate / Institutional grade clients.
Experience in commercial credit analysis, transaction advisory, debt structuring or related analytical fields in banking or big 4 consultancy.
Sound business banking knowledge and strong commercial acumen.
Solid understanding of financial statements and sound financial modelling skills.
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
