We are hiring Data Analyst - Power BI to transform raw data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in data visualization, dashboard development, and analytics using Power BI and other BI tools. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and business performance.
Key Responsibilities :
* Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover insights.
* Build and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
* Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
* Implement DAX calculations, measures, and Power Query transformations.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting solutions.
* Automate report generation and data processes for efficiency.
* Provide insights and recommendations to support business strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
* 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Developer.
* Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
* Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
* Experience with data modeling and visualization best practices.
* Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.
* Experience working with business stakeholders to define and implement BI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications :
* Knowledge of Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
* Experience with Python / R for data analysis.
* Certification in Power BI or related BI tools.
