Orange Clothing Company was established in 1983 and is a privately owned, family business that has grown into a specialist Uniform wholesaler and retailer. We currently have a role in Customer Service. We offer a modern air-conditioned premises with a great team to support you as you grow into the role.
About the Role:
Your day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Customer service for existing and new customers for their uniform requirements, predominately Corporate Wear for women, with fittings and ordering.
2. Advising customers in regard to logos done with embroidery, screen and digital printing with assistance and training from our inhouse specialists.
3. Quoting new uniforms and logos.
4. Assisting in other areas of the business where required.
5. This is a full-time role Monday to Friday though some flexibility in hours is available.
Our Ideal Person:
You will need to possess the following qualities:
1. Be punctual, honest and considerate.
2. Have a very high level of attention to detail.
3. Possess a friendly nature and some experience in Customer Service.
4. Be able to work autonomously and in a small team as required.
And for this role, we would highly value someone who has:
1. Any previous experience in clothing industry or related fields.
2. Is a Hands-On person willing to help and offer thoughtful, considerate fitting advice to Customers.
Wages negotiated relative to experience.
