Program Manager - Family and Community Services The primary purpose of the Program Manager is to coordinate the development, delivery and implementation of frameworks, activities and projects that support continuous program improvement and service excellence.
The Program Manager will support the Family and Community Services portfolio to provide our services that meet the need of the communities we serve, meet legislative and contractual obligations, and contribute to the delivery of the Diocesan Strategic Objectives.

Provide advice to Team Leaders, CSMs, Directors and the Executive Director in relation to contract provisions and requirements. Provide advice and contribute to ensuring service compliance requirements are being adhered to. Contribute to the development and adherence to policies and procedures. Coordinate the provision of effective data collection and reporting mechanisms across the FCS Portfolio. Conduct research and provide reports and recommendations to contribute to best practice program delivery and continuous improvement activities. Engagement with shared services and operational areas to ensure program deliverables, and regulatory requirements are tracked and met. Provide support to the Family and Community Services (FCS) Directors and the Senior Leadership team to: Prepare for and respond to audit and accreditation processes. Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives in program design. Centralise the capturing and reporting of client outcomes and program outputs. Establish mechanisms for the capture and review of benchmarking data, client feedback and other program quality data. Strengthening relationships with funding providers and peak bodies. Supporting FCS in successful tendering/procurement processes. Monitor the implementation of efficient and effective strategies to fulfil and report on funding and legislative requirements. About you? Tertiary qualifications in social work/social science/psychology or a related field with significant experience working in a human services environment. Sound working knowledge and significant experience supporting state and federal funded programs including Early Intervention, Permanency Support, Supported Independent Living and Aftercare. Sound working knowledge of the role, function, and requirements of the NSW Office of the Children's Guardian (Child Safe Scheme, Reportable Conduct & Child Safe Standards), the NSW Department of Communities and Justice and the National Disability Insurance Agency. Extensive experience working with client-in-confidence, commercial-in-confidence and government-sensitive data and information. Extensive experience working in high-tempo environments with significant contractual reporting requirements, mandatory reporting requirements and budgetary constraints. Extensive experience in the provision of C-Level information including Departmental Briefing Notes, Ministerial Correspondence and Reporting to Oversight Committees and Boards. Extensive experience in program development, implementation and engagement including program and project management and business development in the government and not-for-profit sectors. Who we are?
