Based in Paddington Sydney, we are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to help set up and manage our first Australian retail store. This is a unique opportunity to go beyond a typical managerial role; as well as being responsible for leading a team, driving sales, and providing excellent customer experience, you will act as a brand ambassador, helping to build a community of new loyal customers while nurturing relationships with our private, VIP clients and our Réal community. You will also assist in special store projects and events, bringing Réalisation Par to life in a tangible way that enhances and elevates the brand.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Building strong personalised relationships and providing high end service to all, with a customer centric approach, both on and off the store floor
* Creating a warm and friendly in-store environment that feels luxurious while in line with brand culture and ethos
* Driving sales performances to meet targets
* Circulating daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
* Strategising for multi sales and repeat customers and ideas for sales growth
* Building concierge services for VIP private shopping appointments
* Recruiting store staff and providing training on the brand and product
* Helping to create store terms, conditions and guidelines, returns processes etc
* Acting as the direct manager to all store staff
* Creating in-store staffing rosters including leave approvals etc
* Setting clear objectives for staff, monitoring performance and supporting their growth
* Assisting with in-store marketing events
* Overseeing in-store merchandising and stock room processes
* Ensuring high standard practices within customer service
* Manage stock re-orders in line with store budgets and OTB
The ideal candidate has:
* 5+ years experience in retail management
* A client-centric customer service approach
* Experience managing a team with proven success in training and development
* Exceptional leadership skills
* Commercially minded, organised and proactive
* Flexible to work on weekends and evenings according to business needs
* A proven track record with store operations with managing profitability and operations efficiencies
* Experience in project management or marketing a plus
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems
* Genuinely passionate for the brand and brand ethos
