Key Responsibilities As a Travel Consultant, you will: Plan Tailored Itineraries : Work closely with clients to design bespoke travel experiences that match their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide Expert Advice : Offer insights on destinations, accommodations, flights, tours, and local attractions to enhance every journey. Manage Bookings : Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transport, and activities. Build Relationships : Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Stay Informed : Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, industry developments, and emerging destinations. Support Team Growth : Mentor junior team members and share your expertise to contribute to the success of the team. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you should have: Proven Experience : A minimum of 2-3 years travel industry experience. Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of travel destinations, suppliers, and booking systems (e.g., GDS systems - Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus) Customer-Centric Approach : Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Sales Acumen : Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
