AAM is a large-scale, wholly Australian-owned operator and provider of strategic investment, asset management and operational management services to Australia's agricultural industry.AAM Investment Group are committed to supporting and investing in our people and value the role they play in the sustainable growth of our business.We will provide a safe and fulfilling environment for our team, which acknowledges success, learns from mistakes and provides a work culture in which our people can create their own destiny.Maryfield Station: Just off the Stuart Highway with all-weather, year-round access, only a short drive from Daly Waters and with Katherine a few hours away to the north.Maryfield is a well-maintained Station with comfortable facilities and accommodation, it is located on 147,300 hectares and has 16,636 head of cattle.About the role:Reporting to the Station Business Manager, the Livestock Administration is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of the site.The role supports the Station Management team by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices as well as other office duties including record keeping, reporting and livestock numbers.Undertake a range of administrative duties to support the Station Business Manager including coordination & management of schedules, email management, sorting, circulating, and actioning incoming and outgoing mail, filing & other general office duties.Administration of all livestock movements, sales & purchases at Maryfield including maintaining the NLIS database, updating herd numbers and producing stock returns in the required time frames.Overseeing the collection, record keeping, routine reconciliation and analysis of livestock data to measure and monitor livestock performance.Seeking to continually improve and build on existing internal procedures in livestock management data systems.Experience and Qualification:Tertiary qualifications in Agriculture/Business or related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in administration, data entry, analysis and report writing.Experience with animal data recording systems including NLIS, Data Mars.Preferable experience using Agri Webb.Experience using MS Office Suite.To apply please send your resume to: ****** and/or for confidential enquiries phone Human Resources on 0456 805 ***.#J-18808-Ljbffr
