Wellbeing initiatives including EAP and Corporate Health Insurance Monthly Service Excellence Awards and team days About the role: Reporting direct to the Group Financial Controller, you'll lead and inspire a team of 3, coaching and supporting them to deliver high-level Customer Service to a special cohort of customers utilising the Remote Area benefits product.
As well as ensuring consistent service delivery at the highest level, you will also be responsible for the continuous improvement of systems and processes and identifying ways to grow and improve the product and service delivery.
With a curious and analytical mindset, you'll assess data, identify inefficiencies, and implement meaningful change.
You'll also build strong relationships with customers, clients, internal teams, and senior leadership across the organisation to drive adoption of these changes ultimately enhancing customer experience.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader with a strong mix of leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar leadership role, within salary packaging, finance, or customer service.
Proven ability to coach, mentor and upskill teams, fostering a culture of growth and success.
Experience in salary packaging will be highly regarded and Remote Area Benefits (preferred but not essential) You have strong financial literacy skills, understanding of accounting principles including FBT knowledge and analytical skills to interpret data and make decisions.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence change.
