What's the role?
As the Investment Manager, you are responsible for the stewardship of the investment process and autonomous media buying delivery across your brand portfolio. Reporting into the Investment Director, you will work across a large automotive brand and manage a small team of 2 onshore Executives.
What will you be doing?
* Execute, drive and deliver value across all campaigns – monitoring delivery and performance.
* Deliver on all aspects of the buying brief, strategy, contractual commitments and concessions.
* Supervise and manage junior members of the team to ensure their buys deliver on all the strategic and communication objectives.
* Building and managing strong working relationships with your client, agency partners and media channel partners.
* Participate in client WIPs and help create/develop of media implementation presentations and plans in conjunction with the Planning team.
* Work alongside the Group Trading Director and Investment Director to develop and deliver negotiation strategies.
Who are you?
* Proven experience in a media buying role preferably in an agency environment.
* Strong people management skills with the ability to manage both up and down.
* Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills.
* Ability to work on a fast paced account with numerous different tasks at one time
* Strong client management skills and communication skills
