Job Title: Account Travel Manager Location: Sydney We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Travel Manager to join a leading Sydney-based Travel and Events company that specialises in Prizewinner Travel, Special Events, and Group Travel.
Key Responsibilities: Manage event databases, registration websites, and delegate communications.
Coordinate flight changes, room blocks, and transfers.
Assist with client communications, highlighting key requests and concerns.
Support event preparation and on-site operations, ensuring smooth delivery.
Attend client meetings and assist with proposals, quotes, and budgeting.
Skills & Experience: 2+ years' experience in Event, Hospitality, or Travel Management.
Experience with "EventsAIR" and GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a plus.
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-level customer service.
The Role: Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 (dependent on experience.)

Travel required (domestic & international), with occasional weekend work and extended hours during events.
