Job Summary:
The Service Surveyor Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery and conducting surveys of electrical equipment (meter area) within residential customers' properties. This role involves liaising with residents, visiting properties to assess and report on service condition, managing survey routes and appointments, and accurately recording relevant information.

About the Role:
This full-time permanent position reports to the Project Manager and requires excellent customer service skills, previous experience with meter reading, and self-management capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a current driving license, site safety certificate, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with residents to inform them about survey purposes
2. Visit properties to assess and report on service condition
3. Manage survey routes and appointments
4. Accurately record relevant information from customers' properties
5. Deliver exceptional customer service at every property visit
6. Maintain excellent PC skills and knowledge of MS Office; training provided on in-house systems
