The Role
As the Sales Support Team Member you will play a critical role in managing customer orders, responding to inquiries both via phone and email, and optimising processes to meet shared objectives and achieve exceptional results. You will be prioritising the customer's needs and making well-informed decisions, the Commercial Sales & Fulfilment Coordinator contributes to the success of The Good Guys Commercial and helps us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities include:
7. Ensure efficient delivery of customer orders and timely resolution of issues.
8. Respond promptly to customer emails and phone requests.
9. Manage backorders and follow up on invoices regularly.
10. Process sales and quotes to facilitate the efficient delivery of products.
11. Identify and escalate defects to trigger corrections and mitigate reputational and financial risks.
12. Follow established processes for issue escalation and provide input for business investigations as needed.
13. Collaborate with stores and other teams to resolve purchase-related issues.
Please note, this role operates on a roster between Tuesday to Saturday 8.45am to 5pm.
About You
You are a driven and motivated Sales Support extraordinaire who will relishes the opportunity to be involved in a fast-paced team environment, you will also have:
14. Previous Call Centre experience, desired
15. Excellent phone manner, communication skills and computer literate
16. AWS and Microsoft Dynamic experience, desired
17. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
18. Someone who is punctual and reliable
19. Previous contact centre and Zendesk experience (ideal, but not essential)
20. Must be available to work Saturdays
