OCM Senior Consultants / Change and TrainingResponsibilities:Conduct readiness assessments to determine the organization's preparedness for change initiatives.Analyze findings and present results in a clear and understandable format.Support stakeholder engagement efforts, including delivering presentations and preparing documentation.Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change efforts.Create communication materials to promote change adoption and maintain consistent messaging across the organization.Collaborate with internal change advocates to drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities.Work closely with project teams to integrate change management tasks into project plans.Assist in performing impact assessments to identify risks and the potential effects of change initiatives.Develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks and ensure smooth change adoption.Schedule and coordinate employee training sessions to support change implementation.Provide guidance and assistance to users as they adjust to the changes.Maintain thorough documentation of all change management activities.Prepare regular status updates on progress and activities related to change management.Monitor post-implementation phases to ensure changes are sustained and intended benefits are achieved.Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, philosophies, and processes.5-7 years of experience in organizational change management, particularly in IT and Digital Transformation projects.Skilled in utilizing change management tools and methodologies, including Design Thinking and Human-Centered change approaches.Proven experience in conducting readiness assessments, engaging stakeholders, and creating communication materials for both internal and external audiences.Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and identify trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Capable of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and building strong relationships.Experience in planning and coordinating training sessions.Strong organizational and documentation abilities.Able to prepare and deliver status reports and communications to audiences at various levels.Additional Information: NV2 or PV is mandatory (Security Clearance).Canberra based. #J-18808-Ljbffr
