About your role: Support the general function of the unit through role modelling and application of principles of contemporary, evidence based, person focused midwifery care. Assist the Midwifery Unit Manager to implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area. Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate patient care activities at an advanced practitioner level within the specified clinical setting.
