The Role
This is a permanent full-time role based in our office at 727 Collins Street, Melbourne. Reporting into the GM Client Partnerships, this role is responsible for managing a prestigious industry account and its supporting Client Partnerships team.
In addition to liaising across our internal leadership teams to support account activity, we are looking for someone with the gravitas to engage with the B-Suite, within our client, as a peer. This means having strong commercial acumen, the ability to have challenging conversations and successfully establish/re-stablish governance of the account.
Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities
• Client facing senior partnership experience
• Ability to synthesise complex information and communicate back to the client and internal teams
• Manage client facing meetings at regular and irregular intervals, including QBR’s, weekly and fortnightly governance calls and reporting meetings, etc
• Interface with the CEO on account matters in the absence of the GM Client Partnerships
• Partner with cross functional groups to achieve client and business outcomes
• Hire, integrate, enable, develop, and retain partnerships talent while supporting their success and fostering a results-driven culture of collaboration, accountability and transparency
Experience & Personal Attributes
1. Management experience in a client facing partnership role.
2. Must have experience in superannuation \ financial services industry with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
3. Skilled at business planning, diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and developing appropriate solutions.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and objectives personally and as a leader
6. Proven track record of navigating and succeeding in multifaceted partner ecosystem
