Position Overview:
Your position of a skilled HVAC and Refrigeration Site Manager is to work with your dynamic team to produce an excellent overall outcome of all HVAC services whilst guiding and training our team along the way. This should be prioritized as a site manager to get the best possible outcome on each project. The Site Manager will oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of multiple HVAC and refrigeration projects from commencement to completion. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure projects are delivered on time, to all relative standards/regulations, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment, ensuring clear communication among team member and making sure each team member is onboard with the Ryno vision (Perfecting the cool).
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets, in collaboration with Ryno refrigeration’s principles.
Project Execution: Manage project execution to ensure adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, quality standards, and safety protocols are in place by being on the ground at all jobs.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes to monitor workmanship and compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements this must be reported to the CEO/GM weekly.
Contract Management: Coordinate with RYNO Project Manager, builders and other trades to ensure timely delivery of installation works, materials and services.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions.
Communication: Serve as the first point of contact on site, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring builder satisfaction.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records throughout the project lifecycle.
Innovation: Develop and deliver new ways to better our product.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Manager or willing to upskill in the HVAC and refrigeration industry. Also happy for someone that is willing to step up and learn to be a site supervisor.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, and construction processes.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
Proficiency in site management software and MS Office Suite.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Understanding of environmental and safety regulations.
Always be open to learning and upskilling where necessary.
