This role involves close collaboration with management to address data needs across NAAJA’s various programs and offices.Responsibilities include leading data reporting, driving internal initiatives, and promoting data-informed decision-making by enhancing data insights’ accessibility to staff and management. They guide data architecture, streamline data collection and reporting processes, and foster effective communication and collaboration.
