Kalamunda Water Park is a seasonal open-air precinct operating between November to March. The centre features a 50m outdoor pool, leisure and toddler pool, shaded seating and a kiosk.The RoleAs the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for managing the facility, team, and community engagement. You will be fully accountable for the operational, financial, and program deliverables of the Centre.To be considered for this role, you should be a seasoned and professional leader who brings vision and energy. Ideally, you have experience within the leisure, fitness, aquatic, or facility management sector. Through strong leadership and staff development, you will support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences, aquatic safety, and contract obligations.About YouYou are an excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and the community. You have extensive experience in team management, business operations, and customer service. With a positive and influential leadership style, you inspire others and lead by example. You are tech-savvy and have a solid understanding of health and safety legislation.
