About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated and hands-on Village Manager to oversee operations at Waterways Lifestyle Village in Nagambie. This full-time role reports directly to senior management and is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused environment. You will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding resident experience while managing the daily operations, sales, and compliance of the village.
Key responsibilities include: Resident Experience – Foster a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment that enhances residents' health, happiness, and well-being.Operations & Asset Management – Ensure village facilities, infrastructure, and services are maintained to a high standard.People Leadership – Lead and support a small team of dedicated employees, promoting a positive and customer-focused culture.Financial & Budgeting – Assist in budget planning, optimizing maintenance programs and capital works.Compliance & Risk Management – Maintain regulatory compliance, workplace health and safety, and effective administrative controls.About You You may have experience in property management, retirement living, hospitality, sales, aged care, or a similar customer-facing sector. Your leadership skills, problem-solving attitude, and relationship management expertise will be crucial in ensuring Waterways Lifestyle Village continues to be a thriving community.
