An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to join a small team of Investment professionals operating in the wholesale/high net wealth sector.
We are looking for an individual who is experienced in investment administration/operations, ideally with a working knowledge of the AML/CTF environment.
A 'can do' attitude is essential.
About you To be successful in this role you will: Be degree qualified and have relevant work experience within Financials Services/Funds Management; Have a firm interest in investment administration / investment operations; Be highly motivated by providing excellent client service; Have a strong attention to detail including with respect to numerical data; Be an excellent communicator with people at all levels Be quickly able to learn and apply new concepts; Be equally able to work independently or as part of a cohesive team; andImportantly, be discerning and discreet with confidential client information.
Functions of the role include, but are not limited to: Preparation of investment applications, redemptions and transfers on behalf of clients Administration of 'Know your Client'/'KYC' for investment purposes Assistance with clients' personal banking Professional liaison with advisers, clients, fund managers and registries Responding to investor administration queries in a timely manne Preparation of letters on behalf of clients Other general client related administration and project work.
Technical skills include: Essential: Financial markets and/or investment administration experience Essential: Competence with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)Advantageous: Experience in wholesale investment operations and/or family office investment environment The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training and access to a range of educational tools and programs to assist in further career development.In return you will get to work for an amazing team who are truly supportive of career growth and training, amazing offices situated in the Centre of the city, a competitive salary.
