You thrive in collaborative environments and excel in team supervision, stakeholder engagement, and service governance.Key RequirementsTertiary qualifications in Psychology, Mental Health Nursing, Social Work (with mental health accreditation), or a related disciplineRelevant professional registration (e.g., AHPRA, AASW)Minimum of 2 years’ experience supervising a multidisciplinary team in mental health and/or AOD servicesStrong understanding of mental health and AOD service delivery, governance policies, and proceduresExcellent relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict management skillsProven ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationshipsThis organisation is an accredited Great Workplace by WRK+ and is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
