ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
St Elizabeth’s Catholic Primary School is a single-steam co-educational school, moving to a double-stream catering for students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year Six. The school is situated in a quiet bush setting in the City of Wanneroo, with beautiful gardens and well-maintained facilities. Teaching and integrating our school values of humility, compassion, service and charity into the student’s life and curriculum is a major focus at St Elizabeth’s. St Elizabeth’s Catholic Primary School is seeking an Administration Officer to join our professional team. The person we are seeking will be a diligent and dedicated professional, driven to maintain processes and ensure compliance. The position requires a person with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Experience in a similar work environment is an advantage.
Selection Criteria
The successful applicant must possess the following:
Essential
1. Catholic background or the ability to demonstrate empathy with the Catholic ethos of the school
2. Administration experience
3. Professional written and verbal communication skills
4. High-level organisational, administrative and customer service skills
5. Well-developed skills using Microsoft Office 365 products
6. Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information
7. Excellent data entry skills
8. Flexible and adaptable approach to work
9. Ability to show initiative and take direction within a team context
Desirable
1. Knowledge of school administration systems such as SEQTA or AoS
2. Demonstrated experience in an administration or educational context
3. Current senior first aid certificate
Qualifications Required
1. National Criminal Record Check
2. Working with Children Screen Check
