About this opportunity: Being experienced and passionate about retail and leadership, you will be responsible for:
Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalised service and product knowledge. Lead by example in customer care, sales techniques, visual merchandise standards, and staff presentation standards to maximise sales potential. Achieve sales targets by converting customers, resolving complaints, and processing payments accurately. Responsible for the operational management of the boutique – ensuring high standards in health and safety, facilities, policies and procedures, and back-office operations. Responsible for increasing the VIP customer base and nurturing relationships with all VIP customers, ensuring they are kept informed of new products, upcoming sale activity, and VIP events. Communicate effectively with the management team, providing updates and feedback. Manage financial aspects including budgets, KPIs, banking, and expense monitoring. Administer daily reports, manage stock control, and ensure administrative tasks are completed promptly. Be aware of market trends and understand forthcoming customer initiatives. Develop and mentor boutique team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Recruit and train high-calibre staff, conduct performance appraisals, and establish succession plans.
