Your Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will engage with our customers at various points in their construction journey and create a strong relationship between the consumer and various Parchem brands. This is a full-time 38 hours per week position and will require you to work rotating shifts within a monthly roster to accommodate the Centre's operational hours which are between 7am and 6pm.
Responsibilities
* Respond to queries and order requests via phone calls and emails within a timely manner
* Manage customer orders and ensure entry deadlines are met
* Recommend products across our brands in line with the consumer's enquiry
* Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution
* Be involved in ongoing training and on-the-job learning
