Renowned for their innovative approach, they design, manufacture, and install complex structures across various sectors, including automated distribution centers, hyperscale data centers, banks, and hospitals.About the Role:The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing the contractual aspects of large and complex projects, ensuring compliance and smooth execution throughout the contract lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Project Delivery, this role will work closely with Finance and Project teams to establish project milestone claims, oversee contract execution, and support successful project delivery.This role will be based in Chullora, NSW.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations and accurate record-keeping.Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensure adherence to industry regulations, and support dispute resolution.Track contract budgets, process progress claims and invoices, and assist with cost forecasting.Develop and maintain a milestone claims schedule, administer progress claims, and ensure timely payments.Serve as the main point of contact between contractors, suppliers, project teams, and management, ensuring clear communication.Monitor project progress, maintain detailed contract records, and generate reports on contract performance and compliance.Assist in contract negotiations, manage contract variations, extensions, and terminations as needed.Liaise with legal advisors to address contractual concerns and ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.About You:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.Minimum 5 years of contract administration experience, preferably in construction.Strong understanding of construction contracts.Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office.Professional certification in contract management.Why Consider?Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive work environment**Applicants must be Australian/New Zealand citizens or have Permanent Residency.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAdministrative and EngineeringIndustriesConstruction and Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing
