Role Purpose: The position is responsible for sourcing and managing candidates within specific industry sectors, ensuring a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future client needs.
You will also provide sales administration support for your team.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with candidates.
Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding activities.
Manage candidate check-in calls and visits.
Partner with universities, TAFEs, and RTOs to establish talent pipelines.
Initiate sourcing activities, including job postings, networking, and referrals.

Deliver High-Quality Service: Provide compliant candidates to the consulting team.
Ensure efficient processes from application to work readiness.
Collaborate with consultants to attract, engage, and retain candidates.
Participate in team meetings to share knowledge and insights.

Administrative Support: Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support team goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
Monitor and follow up on compliance and reference checks.
