The Royal Nut Company, a leader in premium nuts and dried fruits in Australia, is looking for an ICT Support Technician to join our dynamic team!Tasks and Responsibilities included but not limited to?Assess and identify software and hardware needs to resolve technical issues, ensuring timely solutions to minimize disruption.?Provide responsive support for inquiries regarding software and hardware, guiding users through troubleshooting steps.?Customize and adapt existing software applications to align with user requirements, enhancing operational efficiency.?Manage the installation and configuration of software applications, ensuring proper functionality and user accessibility.?Promote efficient use of applications and equipment through user training and support.?Assist in the implementation and maintenance of computer networks, ensuring robust connectivity and security.?Design, develop, and maintain the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date with current offerings.?Repair and replace peripheral equipment, including printers, terminals, and modems, to maintain operational efficiency.?Collaborate with team members to provide technical support, which may include working in a call centre environment to address user concerns.QUALIFICATIONS•Relevant qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.•Proven experience in ICT support or a similar role.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED•At least 2 years of relevant experience?Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.?Familiarity with network management and website development.?Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.?Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.?A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
