Job Description Permanent $170k - $180k base + super + upto 15% bonus potential Hybrid Opportunity (1 day in the office) About the Company: Our client is part of a rapidly growing group across Australia, in search of a Finance Manager to lead and oversee the finance function.This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with senior management, play a key part in financial reporting, and be a partner to the Group Executive.If you have a strong audit background, solid financial expertise, and leadership experience, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.Role Overview: As the Finance Manager, you will take charge of the financial management of the business, including end-to-end FP&A, financial reporting, and compliance.Key Responsibilities: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, including FS preparation and external audits.Drive the preparation and presentation of monthly management reports, providing clear financial insights to senior management and stakeholders.Collaborate with the Group Executive, ensuring accurate numbers and delivering financial insights that shape decision-making.Oversee finance system improvements and migrations, working with IT and external support teams.Manage the transactional accountant, ensuring smooth end-to-end accounting processes.Maintain compliance with tax, and financial reporting standards, ensuring accuracy across the board.Key Requirements: CA/CPA qualified (preferably CA) with a relevant bachelor's Degree.Strong finance and audit background, ideally with Big 4.Strong Excel skills with the ability to work with complex financial data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior management and stakeholders.Apply Now!
