The Role We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Adelaide, Australia.
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
Identify and nurture new business opportunities for Toll Global Forwarding. Develop strategic sales plans and foster customer relationships to drive business growth. Manage and develop business pipelines while closely monitoring conversion rates. Create innovative sales strategies informed by in-depth market research and competitor analysis. About You: Based in Adelaide with freight forwarding sales experience; experience in exporting wine would be a bonus. Demonstrate a passion for discovering and securing new business opportunities. Possess effective negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to multi-task and plan your day effectively. Experience using sales technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, is highly desirable. You must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical.
