ABOUT THE ROLE As the Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of resellers, distributors, and indirect customers across ANZ Pacific.
You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless account management.
Take full ownership of relationships with major distributors and resellers across the ANZ Pacific region to build loyalty and drive account retention.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve sales targets.
Understand the unique needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to increase sales and expand market share.
Lead training and onboarding initiatives to ensure customers effectively adopt and utilise the technologies.
Oversee contracts with distributors and resellers, ensuring year-on-year growth and compliance.
Introduce new technologies to customers and drive utilisation of your products.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutual profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, finance, and operating units, to enhance the overall customer experience.
Office requirement: 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree or higher required.
Proven success in account management, sales, or business development within the B2B healthcare sector.
Extensive experience managing large distributors and resellers in a B2B sales environment (highly preferred).
Exceptional commercial acumen with a strong track record in deal negotiation and closing.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster long-term partnerships and engage with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and address challenges effectively.
Experience in contract negotiation and pricing strategy.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
