The Role:
Working Monday - Friday, this is a fast-paced role supporting the most dynamic Principal with over a decade of experience. As the 'go-to' person, this position will see you utilize your administration, time management, and organizational skills regularly. On a daily basis, your duties will include:
* Oversee daily operations for the Director, listings, and team.
* End-to-end management of sales, properties, clients, and campaigns.
* Handle all listing admin, compliance, vendor reports, appraisals, and campaign materials.
* Coordinate all communication with vendors, buyers, tenants, solicitors, and trades.
* Prepare for listing presentations, open homes, auctions, and settlements.
